& On-Going Calendar Guidelines


Due to the increased response to our calendars, and in order to include as many organizations as possible, we have adopted the following guidelines for calendar entries:

Deadline: E-mail submissions for the Calendar of Events and On-Going Calendar to calendar@NaturalAwakeningsBoulder.com before the 12th of each month.

Word Count: Up to 50 words per listing in the Calendar of Events, and up to 25 words in the On-Going Calendar. We reserve the right to edit as needed.

Cost: Advertisers - up to 5 FREE listings. Distribution sites - up to 2 FREE e-mailed listings. Others: $10 per e-mailed listing to the Calendar of Events and $5 per each e-mailed On-Going Calendar listing. No charge for non-profit/free community events. (Limits apply). Non-e-mailed submissions, including FREE community events, are subject to layout charges of an additional $5/each.

How to Submit: E-mail submissions to calendar@NaturalAwakeningsBoulder.com (by the 12th of the month prior to publication). If payment is necessary, send a copy of the e-mail with payment to: Natural Awakenings Boulder, 542 W. Linden Street, Louisville, CO 80027.



Format for Calendar Entries:

  • Title of Event

  • Brief Description (Often no description at all in on-going calendar)

  • Time (Examples 8-10am. 11am-2pm. 4-5pm)

  • Cost (Examples: $12. $125. $10.50)

  • Location (Be sure to include the city)

  • Phone

  • See ad on page ??? (if applicable)


  • Note: If an attachment, please save as a Word Document or Rich Text format (.rft) to preserve the formatting.
